Carol Napier
Principal

Hello, my name is Carol Napier and I am excited about another year as principal of Lee County Elementary School. I have been part of the Lee County School District‘s family for the past 18 years. My goal is to ensure the safety of students and staff while providing a culture and climate that allows learning to occur. I want to partner with parents and the community to expand the opportunities available to our students.

I received my bachelor’s and master’s degree in elementary education from Eastern Kentucky University. I recently received my rank 1 in Instructional Leadership - Principal from Asbury University.

I look forward to this school year and the opportunity to impact each student’s life in a positive way.
